Welcome to the official, on-line home of The New England Chapter of The ESOP Association.  The New England Chapter is one of 18 local chapters of The ESOP Association.  The New England Chapter provides educational services and resources to member companies within New England.

As one of the most active and vibrant chapters in The ESOP Association, we are confident that you will benefit from participation in chapter activities. New England is privileged to be the home of some of the best-known ESOP companies in the country as well as a large number of exciting companies just starting the ownership transition process.

The chapter’s primary activity is presenting a variety of programs during the year. Our workshops expose employees to a variety of topics, including ownership behavior and technical ESOP issues. These workshops and our company visits represent valuable opportunities for networking, sharing ideas and maintaining enthusiasm.
